Product Description
Both PUR & PIR have same chemical composition, raw material stabilizer and activator, but they differ on Fire resistant properties. PIR chemicals disintegrate at 3000°C & PUR at 2000°C and hence PIR Board retain the Properties for a long period during fire hazard.
PIR & PUR Insulated Panels have a low thermal conductivity Co-efficient value of K 0.022 W/m k.(Watts per meter - Kelvin Degrees )
Lower the K value, is lower the heat flow through the product.

The Standard ACP core is Polyether (PE) Polyurethane (PU)
Sandwich panels consist of a core of Insulting material sandwiched between two layers of metal, usually steel or Aluminum bonded under pressure.
Insulating material may be combustible (Burn Easily) or non –combustible.
The chemicals required for PUF panels are Injected in appropriate ratio in between the Raadex profile sheets. These panels are pressed firmly in order to make the foam to spread uniformly to get air bubble free PUF panel.
As Per Company Green initiative, RAADEX ensures that all foaming agents are environment friendly
and
CFC Free.
In Our Quality tests are conducted and evaluated at each stage
